There are alot of aspects of a ketogenic diet that make it my preferred dietary state, perhaps the most noticeable benefit is the affect it as on my brain chemistry – I can FEEL a huge difference after being on keto long term. Every time I try to eat carbs I almost immediately want to go right back to keto foods – my brain and body are loving fats!
